Summer 2015 Workout Playlist

It’s time to TURN it up and TONE it up! Summer is upon us so I have pulled together some trending tunes to keep you pumped up moving during your workout! There’s no better way to power through and work hard than to blast music with good beats and catchy lyrics. Jam out to this hour and a half playlist as you go for a stroll on the beach or hit the gym. Or try my fat blasting treadmill workout below.

 

Try this ultimate cardio treadmill workout alongside the music for an intense sweat-sesh!

Warm up: slow paced light walk (around 3.5 mph) during Lean On and Hold My Hand.

Increase your incline a little (around level 5) but maintain speed for Cheerleader- Felix Jaehn Remix and You Know You Like It.

Increase your incline a few more notches for Yoga, Do It Again, and All Time Low.

Return your incline to a flat road and begin a light jog (5.0-6.0 mph) during Broke, Next to Me, Uh Huh, and Sun Models. Remember to breath!

Increase your speed about 0.5 mph for Little Things- Kav Verhouzer Radio Remix and another 0.5 mph for 7/11.

Time to go all out! Run fast or sprint where you are comfortable yet working hard for the duration of I Lived Arty Remix.

Relax and walk at a brisk pace (around 4.0 mph) to Pony and All We Need.

Light jog (5.0-6.0 mph) during Sweetness Alive, Headband- Coucheron Remix, Back It Up, and Talking Body.

Increase your speed about 0.5 mph for Amazing and another 0.5 mph for Now or Never.

Time to go all out again! Run fast or sprint where you are comfortable yet working hard for the duration of You & I (Nobody in the World)- R3hab Remix.

Relax and walk at a brisk pace (around 4.0 mph) to Can’t Feel My Face. Hopefully you can feel yours!

Cool down and decrease your speed for Intoxicated.
